Terms of service
Last updated August 23, 2026
The service
Unveil is a shared disposable camera for events. A host creates an event and guests join with a code. Everyone gets a limited number of shots, and the whole album unlocks at the time the host picked.
These terms are an agreement between you and Brink Studio AS (org. no. 837 452 562), a company registered in Norway. By using Unveil you accept them.
Eligibility and accounts
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You can sign in with Apple or Google, or join anonymously as a guest. Either way, you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Purchases
Event upgrades are one-time purchases made through the store your app came from — the App Store or Google Play — and each one applies to a single event. The price depends on how many guests you bring.
Purchases live on your Unveil account, and the store can't restore them, so keep signing in with the account you bought with. Apple or Google handles billing and any refunds under its own policies.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos you take. By shooting at an event you grant us a limited license to store and process them so the event works: we apply the photo style and show the album to participants once it opens.
Hosts can remove photos from their event, and participants can delete their own. Only shoot and share what you have the right to.
Acceptable use
Don't use Unveil to capture or share content that is illegal or harms others, and don't try to break the lock on an album, abuse the service, or reverse engineer it. We can remove content and close accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Availability
We work hard to keep every album safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Once an album opens, download the photos you want to keep for good.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the app. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Norway, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
Store terms
Whichever store you installed from, this agreement is between you and Brink Studio AS — not Apple and not Google — and we alone are responsible for the app and its support.
If you installed from the App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Unveil. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them, and your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If you installed from Google Play: your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google handles billing for anything you buy there.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. We'll announce anything meaningful in the app, and continuing to use Unveil means you accept the update.
